You bet. Our cleaners are extensively trained and also bonded and insured for your peace of mind. Every cleaner goes through a criminal check, we have WorkSafe BC coverage and carry General Liability Insurance. Bam!

You are more than welcome to! Our cleaning teams are courteous and friendly. They have a schedule to follow, so please allow them the space they need to complete their work.

We love pets! But you know them better so if you think they might interfere or be scared by the process, it's safest for everyone if they are crated.

We typically operate in teams of three, so your home will shine in no time! The initial appointment is typically 2hrs+ and recurring cleans can take anywhere from 60 minutes to several hours, depending on the size of your residence.

No problem! We understand that life happens - just give us at least 24 hours' notice, and we will take care of it! But a bit of sad news - if it's less we will have to charge you 50% of the cost to help us regroup and compensate our cleaners fairly.

We are glad you asked! We take all major credit cards or you can pay by e-transfer. If you are enrolled in recurring services, the easiest way is to securely store your credit card in our system and it will be charged automatically after each clean so you don't need to deal with invoices.

Oh, no! This is not how we roll! If you're not 100% happy with our service, let us know within 24 hours. We'll rush back to make things right because your satisfaction is our top priority!
