Squeakly is looking for our next House Cleaning Champion to join our team! The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a strong commitment to our core values. If you have no experience - no problem! We will introduce you to our systems and train you,
so all you need is a smile and desire to help our clients shine even brighter!
It is a full-time position (although it may be part-time for the first month or two) and you can expect to
work weekdays, daytime hours. You may occasionally have weekend shifts and these are negotiable.The job entails cleaning houses of wonderful busy families, we will provide you with all equipment and paid training, so you are ready to shine!
You will be a part of a team of 2-3 amazing individuals who strive to get jobs done quickly and efficiently.
Starting wage is $23-$25 per hour. The wage can be reconsidered after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. There is always room to grow as you progress with the company!
We offer a $150 Hiring Bonus for new employees. We also offer referral bonuses - if you have a friend who wants to work, let us know!
We drive company cars, so if you have no car – no problem! A valid BC Driver's License would be great to have but may not be necessary.
All our projects are located in the Greater Victoria area.
If you have no experience - no problem! We will introduce you to our systems and train you, so all you need is a smile and desire to help our clients shine even brighter!
Only basic English knowledge is needed for this position – as long as you understand the requirements, even if it takes online translator aid, it will be sufficient. If you are ready to learn and committed to making it a successful relationship –
we will work with you!
