- It’s a part-time, remote position (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexible daytime hours and the potential to grow into full-time. Perfect if you want steady income with freedom to structure your day.
- You’ll work with warm leads only — people already interested in Squeakly’s cleaning services. No cold calling or high-pressure tactics here!
- Your focus will be on communication, follow-up, and booking new clients for initial and recurring cleanings.
- Starting pay is $18/hour plus uncapped commission on every new client you sign. Most team members earn between $40,000–$70,000+ annually, depending on performance.
- We’ll teach you our systems and support you every step of the way. You’ll collaborate with a friendly, high-energy team that believes in celebrating wins together.

- Work from anywhere in Canada (though being in BC or near Victoria is a bonus).
