With hourly billing, you carry the risk. A messier week costs more. A slower cleaner costs more. You don’t know the number until the job is done — and sometimes the job stops when the clock does, whether the home is finished or not.

A flat fee moves that risk to us. You know what you’re paying before anyone walks through your door, and it doesn’t change because you hosted a dinner party the night before. Our work isn’t finished until your home is clean.

Your price is based on one thing: the square footage of your home. Everything we bring is already in it — equipment, products, cloths, and the drive to get to you. No travel fees, no supply charges, no surprises on the invoice.

Bi-weekly is where most of our clients land. It’s enough to keep a home consistently clean, and it’s the rhythm that suits most households.

Weekly suits busy homes — several people, kids, pets, a lot of coming and going. If your house gets used hard, weekly is what keeps up with it. And because we’re there more often, there’s less to do each time, so each visit costs less.

Monthly works for smaller homes and quieter households where things don’t move much between visits.

The first visit is different from the ones that follow. We call it a Premium Home Reset.

We wet wipe surfaces throughout, do the baseboards, spot clean the walls, and bring your home up to the standard we’ll hold it at from then on. It takes longer than your regular visits, and it’s priced accordingly — with a discount when you continue on a recurring schedule.

Here’s why that matters beyond the first day.

After the reset, you shouldn’t need a deep clean again. It’s common in this industry to book one in every six months on top of regular service. When the reset is done properly and the visits that follow are thorough, there’s nothing left for a deep clean to do. That’s a cost you simply don’t carry.

Every team turns up with two vacuums — one commercial-grade, plus a second for stairs and smaller work — along with cloths, mops, brooms and products. You don’t need to have anything ready, and nothing of yours gets used up.

We use EcoMax, a Canadian-made line that’s eco-friendly, non-toxic and scent-free. Better for a home with kids, pets or anyone with sensitivities, and better for the people handling it all day.

Cloths are colour-coded, so a cloth that touches a toilet never touches a kitchen counter. Because it’s visual, it doesn’t depend on anyone remembering.

Cloths are never reused between homes. A team leaves in the morning carrying more full sets than they have houses to clean. Your home gets clean cloths, every single visit.

If you’d rather we used a particular product on a sensitive surface — hardwood floors, usually — tell us and we’ll work it into the routine properly.

You get the same team, visit after visit. They learn your home — which floors need what, where things go, what matters to you — and it shows in the work.

Every cleaner is criminal record checked before they set foot in a client’s home. We’re bonded and insured, covered by WorkSafeBC, and carry general liability insurance.

Teams work in pairs. A recurring visit takes anywhere from an hour to several, depending on the size of the home.

If something isn’t right, we’ll be back within 24 hours to make it right — at no charge.

All we ask is that you let us know within a day of your clean, while it’s still fresh.

That’s the whole guarantee. No forms, no argument, no awkward conversation.

Changing the beds is included. Leave fresh linens out and we’ll make them up — no extra charge, no need to ask.

A few things sit outside a standard clean and can be added whenever you want them: oven, fridge, inside windows, inside cupboards, and folding laundry.

Recurring clients get a regular slot — the same day, the same time, with a half-hour arrival window. It’s yours, and we work hard to keep it that way.

You don’t need to be home. Most clients leave a key or a door code and get on with their day. Stay if you’d rather — you’re never in the way.

Pets are welcome company. If yours finds visitors stressful, let us know and we’ll work around them.

Your card is stored securely and charged after each visit — nothing to remember, no invoices to chase. E-transfer works too.

Life happens. If you need to move a visit, just give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll sort it out. Inside that window there’s a $50 charge, because a team has already been scheduled for your home.
