Squeakly is looking for our next House Cleaning Champion to join our team! The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a strong commitment to our core values. If you have no experience – no problem! We will introduce you to our systems and train you, so all you need is a smile and a desire to help our clients shine even brighter!
- It is a full-time position (although it may be a part-time cleaning position for the first month or two) and you can expect to work weekdays, daytime hours. You will have weekends and stat holidays off!
- The job entails cleaning houses of wonderful busy families, we will provide you with all equipment and paid training, so you are ready to shine!
- You will be a part of a team of 3 amazing individuals who strive to get jobs done quickly and efficiently.
- Starting wage is $22-23 per hour (after successful completion of 90-day probationary period). The wage can be reconsidered based on experience, attitude and other factors. There is always room to grow as you progress with the company!
- We offer referral bonuses - if you have a friend who wants to work, let us know!
- We drive company cars, so if you have no car – no problem! A valid BC Driver's License would be great to have but may not be necessary.
- All our projects are located in the Greater Victoria area.
